Responsibilities & Context
1. Design review & feedback capability as per BNBC -2020 compliance
2. Big land FAR value & DAP update knowledge as per RAJUK
3. Co-ordination with Consultant, management & RCU construction department
4. Documentation skill with follow up all subcontracting matter
5. Drawing preparation & review skill as per requirement
6. Design perception ability to high regarding technical aspects
7. Team performance with collaboration Method
8. Eligible to find out the drawing error for which is not good for construction
9. Mandatory for Government license
10. Contextual understanding / knowledge to develop Housing
11. Landscape Skill for Housing / large scale project development
12. Good Construction knowledge for Building & infrastructure development
13. Any project / priority works will assign as per management decision
14. Capable to creative works delivery under high pressure
15. Flexible to works at site office / project office
16. Good understating about project Construction cost & timeline Schedule
