Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Head of R&D to lead our research efforts. The role involves overseeing all R&D projects, managing the team, and collaborating across departments to develop innovative food products that meet market needs and boost our brand.Key
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute R&D strategies aligned with company goals.
2. Identify new product opportunities, technologies, and industry trends.
3. Lead and mentor the R&D team, fostering innovation.
4. Oversee new product development, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
5. Collaborate with marketing, sale and production for successful product launches.
6. Lead research projects to improve products and processes.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
