Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Manager / Sr. Manager (Construction) to join our Civil Department. This role is pivotal for overseeing project planning, fast-track construction methods, and managing key construction deliverables. The ideal candidate must bring 12–14 years of relevant experience along with strong command over project management tools like MS Project and AutoCAD. This position is essential for ensuring timely project execution, adherence to quality standards, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Construction Management
• Apply Fast Construction Methods for timely project delivery
• Review BOQ and provide milestone schedules, sequencing, and quality assurance in MS Project based on Critical Path Method (CPM)
• Prepare monthly work plans and achievement reports; monitor daily progress
• Implement construction codes, safety procedures, and personnel management
• Coordinate with consultants and other internal departments
• Verify contractor bills as per BOQ and prepare material sheets (local and imported)
