Responsibilities & Context

  •  Setting corporate sales goals and developing corporate sales strategies.
  •  Selling all residential & commercial product of Rupayan Group (RHEL, RCU, RLDL & Others).
  • Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right TG.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
  •  Handling every customer efficiently as a consultant.
  •  Achieve sales targets.
  •  Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
  •  Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.
  •  Collect the required documents from the prospective customer.
  •  Update CRM regularly.
  •  Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
  •  Maintain good relationship with clients.
  •  Any other tasks assigned by the management.
