Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
- B.Sc in Textile Engineering from BUTEX, AUST & Public University students are highly encoureged to apply.

Additional Requirements
- Age At least 32 years
- Candidate should have experience in Knit (Dyeing production)
- Time management skills and Strong work ethics.
- Data analysis and multi-tasking skills.

- Problem solving skills and ability to resolve any issue regarding textile dyeing production.
- Proficient in ERP, Computing and MS office.
Responsibilities & Context
- Follow up Dyeing production, Dyeing finishing, Dyeing Planning, operation control, measuring and monitoring of product and the process. Establishing and maintaining identification and tractability requirement.
- Process, planning and allocating capacity in the R & D guiding the team to resolve any technical issue.
- Developing fabric standards and ensuring that they are maintained to commercial standards.
- To make sure that chosen fabrics meet the needs of their clients in terms of quality, performance and price.
- Carry out color testing of fabrics and approve laboratory dips.
- Assess the fabrics are within the capabilities of machinery, costing and the capabilities of the fabric.
- Oversee a short sample run and monitor-the quality of knitting, dyeing, finishing- for potential problems before ironing.
- Lead technical requirement of garment wear testing and implementing final execution.
- Assess whether the fabrics are within the capabilities of machinery, costing and the capabilities of the fabric.
- Providing fabric technical support
- Developing new fabrics based on fashion trends and working closely with the Fabric & Merchant Team.
- Undertaking quality evaluations of materials and develop guidelines and standards to ensure factories keep performance up to standard
- Controlling nonconforming products at intermediate and final stage in Dyeing department.
- Provide supports for approval and maintenance of equipment`s related to Dyeing department and training of stuff in the department
- Any other assignments assigned by the management
