Responsibilities & Context
- Validate yarn quality standard by USTER test and yarn test.
- Approve sample fabric as per approved swatch/STD.
- Prepare and maintain department budget.
- Ensure the bulk production based on approved FTD and sample fabric parameter.
- Approve bulk shade roll as per approved FTD and counter sample
- Maintain “Munsell Hue” report
- Validate finish fabric inspection report & provide certificate.
- Conduct product and material audit.
- Share buyers updated comments with RMG & Textile departments.
- Suggest for quality issue during production stage.
- Analyse monthly inspection report & find out root cause and suggestion for improvement
- Monitoring all safety issue as per H&M safety requirements
- Monitoring ‘Follow up audit’ as per H&M requirements
- Work closely with Production, Quality & Merchandising department.
- Performed as a team leader of the H&M GPQ team
- Conduct monthly GPQ Audit for H&M Buyer & face H&M buyer final GPQ audit.
