Responsibilities & Context

The Factory Manager / Sr. Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the factory (EISL) a sister concern of ETL. This role involves ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and within the established safety and quality standards. The Factory Manager / Sr. Manager will lead a team of engineers, team leaders and production staff to meet production targets with efficient resource utilization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall operational strategy in alignment with the company’s goals.
To Control and look after overall factory production.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring timely and efficient production.
Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are met and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
To monitor and maintain compliance and quality standards of the factory and maintain close relationship with related external regulatory authority.
Develop, implement and monitor various control systems and manage Quality Control Department.
Manage the factory’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Manage liaison with foreign principle & supplier for factory operation.
Monitor technical plant and machinery problems and undertake maintenance works to resolve all issues.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
Develop SOPs regarding highest production.
Ensure production process and output meet defined quality and safety standards.
Ensure the following of Labor Laws, industrial safety, social compliance, and human rights standards in the factory.
Any other task assigned by the management.
