At least 1 year experience in the similar position in a reputed RMG Production unit (EPZ area will be preferable)
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking to get application from some potential Candidates for the post of “Manager / Sr. Manager” under HR & Sustainability Department to work with our sister concern “BARIDHI GARMENTS LTD & TARASIMA APPARELS LTD”. The position will solely responsible to monitor overall Compliance & HR activities of the unit individually. You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details; have a can-do attitude and great communication skills with professional etiquette.
Job Location: Cumilla EPZ & Manikganj(the Job may be transferable to any Factory/ any location within the group based on requirements)
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate/monitor manpower requirements and ensure all recruitment and selection, placement, promotion, transfer, or separation is made timely as per policy/instruction.
Settle all kind of manpower related matters & worker management in coordination with production responsible/ monthly absenteeism and migration Follow-up Incentive/OT/EOT and any other payment related matter for smooth payment in time.
Workers entrance gate monitoring as per schedule, floor visit & observe the overall situation.
Monitoring physical attendance line/area wise, daily attendance update & coordination with Payroll team.
Analyze and compare factory operating cost, cost per worker/per machine, rate of absenteeism, migration, and turnover of workers and feedback accordingly.
Handle compliance issues as per local law & buyer’s COC and meet up the requirements of Buyers, auditors to comply always.
Conduct all types of Buyer’s & Certifications Audits and as well as perform internal/External audits.
Perform Higg FSLM & FEM & PD for H & M and online several surveys. Develop & implement environmental/chemical compliance plans.
Handle directly RSC (ACCORD) & NIROPAN.
Conduct & arrange daily /weekly worker meeting/counseling session as required/ as per schedule.
Coordinate with Transport team for worker transport management during factory open & leave time.
Liaison with different govt & non-govt offices if necessary.
Maintain environmental sustainability in all through work & work procedures. Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace maintain a clean and tidy site.
Responsible for floor/area discipline & housekeeping matters as per Company COC and standard. Conduct WRAP/BSCI, SEDEX, ICS, HIGG / Clean Chain/ ZDHC / CTPAT audit with different audit firm.
Follow-up, supervise & support to Welfare team and their activities.
Ensure Office Management & Housekeeping, safety & security of Company properties.
Ensure Transportation facilities for the staffs of the Factory Carry out any other jobs as assigned from management time to time.
