Our excellence in providing our customers an outstanding list of quality product manufactured by State of the art with Italian technology automatic anodizing plant, supervised and tested under foreign experts. Our strength is our dedicated workforce with diversified skills and knowledge. We are currently looking for experienced individual for the position of Manager / Senior Manager, HR and Admin.
Job Responsibilities:
HR
-
Maintain and update employee personal files.

Maintain and update Employee Leave database record of Local and Foreigner.

Prepare job description for new employee.
-
Filled up Manpower Requisition Form, Take Approval From MD, Job Posting to bdjobs.com,
-
CV Shortlisting, CV Screening, CV Send to concern Dept Head for finalize candidate list, Invite candidates for interview. Arrange written and oral interview.

Prepare NOTE SHEET for Recruitment Approval and Take approval from MD.
-
Issue offer letter to selected candidates, Issue different type HR related latter.
-
Prepare Full and Final Settlement bills of departing employees and take approval from MD.

Talk to HODs & response to colleagues when required.
-
Coordinate with Factory on recruitment, Attendance and various issues.

Maintain & Update employee database.
-
Prepare Monthly attendance report.
-
Prepare monthly Salary Sheet.

Prepare Monthly Salary of expatriate and transfer remittance to expatriates’ country of origin.

Collect Monthly Follow-up Chart from Employees.

Prepare policies and SOPs
-
Employee Annual Performance evaluation process run.

Employee Annual un-avail Leave report preparation.

Issue Show cause letter, Intimation Letter to the employee as advised by management or occurrences.

Prepare daily attendance report of Head Office, F Team and Sales& Marketing, Communicate with HODs,
ADMIN

Check Team Tracker, for daily attendance preparation.

Check and monitor Teamtracker/track Employee. and send report to Head of Sales and marketing and MD

Check and monitor vehicle tracker and send report to Head of Sales and marketing and MD
-
Open Bank Account for new employee, ID Card, Visiting Card for new and old (if any) employee.

Work with BIDA, NSI, SB, Immigration for Work Permit and Visa of foreign employee.

Prepare Company Cover Letter, Group Leader Letter, NOC Letter, Salary Certificate, Pay Slip and provide to selected Tour agent.

Office Order Circulation on Employee Job Location Transfer, Festival Holidays, Leave etc.

Handover Employee’s Group and Health Insurance Claims to Guardian Life insurance company

Foreigner Status check and legal issues
-
Collect Employee Group and Health Insurance Claims and submit to Guardian Life insurance company for claim settlement.

Renewal of Trade License, Fire License, Factory License, Generator License, DIESEL, LPG, Trademark, BSTI, Trade Mark Registration

Rental issues of Land, warehouse, Shop etc.
Land and Legal
-
Maintaining liaison with Lawyer and external authorities like Government & Non-Government authorities;
-
External counsels/lawyers; third party vendors and suppliers for legal matters Vetting contracts and land documents, drafting different legal documents.

Dealing with any land matters (Purchase & sales) Draft legal contracts and manage that deal with all legal issues related to lands and disputes, deeds, contracts, and other civil matter related.

Maintain Land related all hard copy and keep record of all soft copy in computer.

Maintain a register for all land related documents.
