Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics for Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategies to enhance our market presence, drive sales growth, and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
Sales Management:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Develop potential land database and close deals for joint venture development in prominent locations.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure effective lead generation and conversion.
Marketing Campaigns:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and events.
- Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI and adjust strategies as needed.
Client Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns and feedback promptly.
Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and develop the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance.
