Should be well-behaved, honest and able to achieve target in timely manner.
Should have knowledge in Technical Audit.
Able to work independently and proactively.
Should have strong leadership and team management skill.

Lead the Team for analyzing TP & Technical issues at initial stage of sampling·
Lead the Risk analysis event based on factory & buyer Perception·
Ensure All sample Design, Fit, Spec, measurement as per buyer requirement·
Ensure quality of all stage of proto sample, Fit sample, counter sample, SMS sample, pp sample, Size set sample, TOP sample and Shipment sample.·
Lead to analysis the fabric, lining, trims & accessories based on buyer testing manual·
Ensure to Solve the technical comments & solution, make them easy or production friendly process.·
Ensure quality assurance parameter perfectly to meet the target quality·
Maintain necessary quality records/documents as required by the customers.·
Keep close coordination with production floor at all level to put advice in quality maintaining or improvement.·
Ability to work as a team Leader·
The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven with amicable personality·
Any others job assigned by management
