Lead the quality department, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Oversee the entire quality assurance process, including incoming material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.
Develop and implement quality strategies and policies in line with company goals.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements, utilizing statistical methods and quality tools.
Manage and evaluate the performance of local and global suppliers to ensure consistent quality of materials.
Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, addressing any quality issues promptly.
Work closely with technical, development, and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement best practices.
Conduct regular training sessions to educate staff on quality standards and procedures.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance product reliability and performance.
Maintain and update quality control manuals, procedures, and records.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and performance for management review
