Additional Requirements

• Age at most 40 years

• Minimum 10 years experience in the Recovery/Collection Department, Special Asset Management (SAM) and NPL management of any Bank/FI is required.
• In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Bank regulations and guidelines on classified loans and provisioning.
• Proven track record of managing NPL and recovering written-off loans in a financial institution.
• Candidates must have good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills & willingness to accept challenges.
• Candidates must be self-motivated & proactive and have ability to work hard and should have leadership skill.

Responsibilities & Context

• The job involves rigorously follow-up for realization of clients’ overdues of Home Loan installments and manage NPL portfolio in compliance with Bangladesh Bank policy/Guidelines.
