Additional Requirements

Strategically setup of clothing outlets by analyze target markets, demographics, and competitors to identify ideal outlet locations.
Visit potential sites to assess visibility, accessibility, footfall & commercial viability and Coordinate with property owner to negotiate favorable rent terms in alignment with brand goals.
Work with architects and interior designers to plan the store layout aligns with the brand identity and customer experience and oversee installation of fittings, fixtures, lighting, signage, and visual merchandising elements.
Develop & implement the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines to create an attractive and cohesive store display.
Plan and execute launch events in collaboration with other teams to generate brand image and footfall.
Coordinate promotional and seasonal themes, ensuring outlets reflect the current marketing campaigns.
Manage inventory at the central store to ensure timely replenishment and optimal stock levels at outlets.
Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations from procurement to delivery.
Monitor sales, customer feedback, and operational issues.
Identify and implement improvements based on early performance data.
