Responsibilities & Context
Unique Cement Industries Limited (UCIL) has a long record of upright reputation as one of the leading cement manufacturers in Bangladesh. UCIL is pursuing excellent growth through a motivated & performance driven sales team under three flagship brand named ‘Fresh’,’Meghnacem Deluxe’ and ‘Dhalai Special’. To support continuous growth, currently UCIL is looking for some energetic & skilled personnel to join the sales team. This position deserves someone who is capable to develop potential clients for existing brand and able to meet the sales target. The expected hands must have the mindset to travel at least 2/3 Districts simultaneously.
Job Responsibility:

Deploy effective market penetration strategy by analyzing competitor’s sales volume, current market demand & capacity building efforts to escalate market share.

Articulate and implement of effective sales & marketing strategies as well as activities to enhance sales volume.

Develop market policy in consultation with section head through collecting market data about business scenario like competitors sales volume, market coverage etc.

Supervise & monitor market visit of the team members for existing and potential customers to increase the sales volume.

Guide the sales team to identify & develop new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationship with customers to achieve repeat /referral business Ensure timely delivery of cement by coordinating & communicating with the distribution & logistics team.

Manage, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their performance to ensure that monthly sales target and KPI target are met.

Ensure that the reports are prepared with adequate analysis & observations based on market data (e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.) and submit it to section head on a regular basis.
