Responsibilities & Context

Akij Venture Limited, one of the pioneering companies in the food, and beverage sector under the umbrella of Akij Group, the largest conglomerate in the country which, has already made a mark in the dairy business and diversified its portfolio into Health & Hygiene, Electrical & Electronics, Bicycle, Insurance and Agro sectors.

The candidate will be responsible to :

Serve as a point of contact for sales department for all sales admin-related issues and provide support to sales force with a view to ensure smooth sales operation for the Company
Oversee distributor management through distributors appointment, termination, area division, registration, final settlement, conference and ensure credit support for distributor (off season, Eid & Special occasion)
Participate in all required strategic business and quarterly performance review meeting and continuously assist the management in formulating strategic plans
Establish effective strategies for the areas of responsibility, such as : TA/DA bills verification, ledger update & maintenance and improvement of operating performance of existing processes
Analyse return on investment of distributors and on time bill payment (River & Hill Commission, city allowance & DSR Incentive)
