Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Making plan for individuals and team to achieve the sales target.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
Provide market intelligence to support business for strategic planning.
Facilitate high-value property visits and ensure exceptional client experiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders.
Manage relationships with existing client and ensure long term relation through quality & standard service.
Build a high performance sales team through performance monitoring, coaching, mentoring and training.
