Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: Labaid Group, the largest healthcare brand in Bangladesh, looking for experienced, qualified candidate for immediate appointment at Labaid Specialized Hospital Chattogram

Job Responsibilities :

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available for hospital operations. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.·
• Procurement: Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and purchasing medical supplies and equipment. Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues that arise.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods to and from the hospital. Ensure timely and accurate shipment of supplies.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports on inventory status, supply chain efficiency, and cost savings.
• Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with hospital policies, regulations, and accreditation standards. Stay updated on industry best practices and benchmarks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Finance, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure alignment and optimal resource utilization.
• Emergency Management: Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies for emergency preparedness and response.
