Bachelor’s degree in Paper Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field will Preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years in production management within a paper/tissue manufacturing factory.
Strong knowledge of paper-making processes, tissue converting, and machinery (e.g., paper machines, rewinders, embossing machines).
Familiarity with ISO, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, ERP).
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

A Reputed Group of Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize for their paper and tissue production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of paper manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Oversee and manage the entire production process of paper & tissue manufacturing to ensure efficiency and quality.
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet targets.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
Train and supervise production staff to enhance productivity and adherence to SOPs.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
Prepare production reports, analyze KPIs, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
