Experience

Additional Requirements

• Experience in Store Management will be preferred.
• Must have the knowledge on Store Inventory Software (Tally Software)/ SAP.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Must be a computer literate. (MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
• Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.

Responsibilities & Context

Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL), a subsidiary of Bashundhara Group, is looking for a competent candidate for the Position of “Manager- Store Department”.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving and maintaining stock with SAP Software and BIN card.
• Advice to follow store control manual in order to maintain store item properly.
• Responsible for stock balance of store while checking by audit or either perpetual or period inventory.
• Responsible for providing stock position as quick as possible against PR.
• Responsible for maintaining minimum & maximum order level for smooth functioning store activities.
• Responsible for prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly statement for issuing and receiving store materials and try to inform latest status on regular basis to the unit authority.
• Daily SR, MRR and other movements of Store materials monitoring.
• Periodical Stock position and Consumption report preparation and report submission to relevent department.
