Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a ‘Super Shop Manager’ for our new Shop “Mimi Bazar” who are responsible for overall store & Shop management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will have to be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
  • The duties not only limited to motivating sales teams with great customer service but also maintaining the cash counter.
  • Manage cash counter, daily operation and ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales estimates for sales staff and achieve the sales target.
  • Morning briefing to discuss the daily objectives and action plan with the sales staff.
  • Schedule and control sales staff hours according to traffic and sales pattern.
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
  • Realize a stock turn rate in accordance with seasonal objectives.
  • Ensure that proper merchandise receiving or dispatching as followed as per company procedures.
  • Ensure that the displays and fixtures are clean and organized and merchandise is presented in accordance with set standards.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products features and benefits.
  • Ensure that all promotional displays have been set up according to the promotion standards.
  • Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records according to company policy.
  • Maintaining regular physical inventories by stock category-wise in Retail Shops as well as store and reporting to higher authority.
  • Maintain standard requirements for staff appearance and grooming.
  • Maintain communication with reliable source for hiring best staff from market.
  • Provide market intelligence data and develop shop sales force.
  • Carry out any directives given by The Management, for betterment of the organization.
  • Train the subordinate on the company’s own software to make everything run smoothly.
  • Manage all the operations to achieve sales targets, profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.
