- PGDSCM degree will get preference.
- Should have experience in relevant field.

- Have experience in sourcing and negotiation work for international procurement.
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge about Procurement & SCM.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain, Purchase/ Procurement etc. related jobs.
- Wide travel across the country is required.
Responsibilities & Context
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms of Pricing, Quality, Quantity.
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Overseeing and managing the inventory and the supply of goods & preparing procurement reports.
- Understanding of the local market, suppliers, contractors’ requirements.
- Collect quotations from various vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain smooth supply chain management.
- Prepare plan for proper sourcing and on time delivery of required items.
- Collect price quotations, prepare comparative statement (CS) and collect approval of purchase.
- Conduct market survey in order to develop new/alternative suppliers.
- Liaise with store to ensure receiving of goods with desired quality, quantity or any other perimeters.
- Analyze costs across many different areas of the supply chain to find ways to reduce costs.
- Coordinates and executes the purchasing transactions.
- Investigates and develops sources of supplies, interprets purchasing procedures to operations and vendors for material categories.
- Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
