Requirements

Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science

• Training/Trade Course: ISO 45001, ISO14001, OCS, RCS, RGS, CTPAT, BEPL, HIGG.

Experience

• 8 to 10 years

• Must have experience on Social & environmental audit.
• Sound knowledge on BLA-2006 and BLR-2015, MS Office expert.
• Working experience on different buyers.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good Attitude and team bounding.
• Ensure 100% implementation of buyer’s COC.
• Need work experience in well known and renowned factory.
• Sound understanding of regulatory guideline and security policies.

Responsibilities & Context

• Manage and oversee environmental and sustainability issues.
• Keep update all kinds of factory documents according to legal compliance & buyers COC.
• Responsible for Social Audit, Environmental Audit, Security Audit & Technical Audits.
• Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyer’s requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits.
• Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure on Certification of WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, BATTER-WORK,CTPAT,SCAN,ICS,ACCORD,RCS , ISO-14001,SLCP,FSLM&FEM.
• To review and update various policy & procedure and manual/material in connection with buyer’s requirement.
• To identify different risk factor and take preventive measure to be safe.
• Prepare Sustainability Summary status report·
• Upload the Corrective actions on the database.
• Follow-up Corrective Action Plan.
• To Ensure and monitor regular health & safety issues of the factory through team.
• Check and Review documents on Conducted Internal Training/Awareness Records, records of Sustainability related activities (Legal issues, Occupational, Environmental, Health & Safety and Fire Safety and Sustainability Standard) ensure documentations.
• To prepare necessary documents for various audit as per customer requirements.
• To collect feedback from team as per given assignment and take necessary measures.
• Closing of pending NCS & prepare audit CAP Report, inform buyer about the updated status of CAP and follow up the reports.
• Coordinate environmental sustainability initiatives i.e. water saving, energy saving, waste management, etc.
• Implement local / Industrial laws, International labor Organization laws and buyers COC.
• Prepare, implementation & development of integrated management system (IMS- ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
• Responsible to full fill the requirements of EMS & QMS based on the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) & ISO 9001:2015 (QMS).
