Additional Requirements

Receive Buyer wise Print Plan from the Planning Department.
Execute necessary activities and priority wise support the team well in time for garments shipment.
Taking care of all the desired parameters and color fastness levels as per Buyer’s requirements.
Responsible for cost effectiveness and qualitative production.
Keep in touch with the Design Department to ensure the quality of design as per Buyer’s requirements.
Keep in touch with the Color Kitchen staff for proper pigments and auxiliaries selection and color matching.
To provide guidelines to down the stream for smooth qualitative production.
To cross check frequently all the quality standards and parameters of samples for approval and bulk production as well as to take necessary steps to maintain the defined SOPs. T
aking necessary steps to maintain the equipment and machinery for smooth and trouble free production.
To train the subordinates in case of new innovations and developments to support and enhance Company’s business.
Taking necessary measures to reduce damages and wastage.
To monitor closely and to keep an eye to organize system oriented working environment and proper documentation to face successfully the Buyer’s audits.
Any other job as assigned by the reporting authority in pertinent to the service.
