We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Female Technical Manager to lead our technical team and ensure the highest production standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire technical process of jacket and outerwear manufacturing, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
- Lead and manage the technical team, including pattern makers, sample makers, and production technicians.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and minimize defects.
- Ensure proper fit, construction, and finishing of jackets and outerwear according to brand specifications.
- Collaborate with the design, merchandising, and production teams to achieve product excellence.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in pattern making, fabric cutting, sewing, and finishing.
- Conduct regular technical training for factory staff to improve skills and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, buyer requirements, and sustainability regulations.
