Responsibilities & Context
1. Ensure workshop maintenance and proper documentation. Must have knowledge about operation & mileage of Cover Van, Trucks, Pickup and Car.
2. Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections, repairing engine filters, repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctioning, replacing parts and components, repairing body damage. Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives, adjust controls and systems.
3. Maintain all registers & documents of transport department. Driver’s trip allowance check & Helper trip allowance checked for Approval.
4. Handling the drivers, helpers &transport related staff to make sure smooth operations of vehicles. 5. Continue to communication to different department for fluffing demand as per availability of transport.
6. Keep track record of vehicle movement all time & Monitoring of Vehicle Tracking System.
7. Controlling fuel & Gas Consumption of vehicle.
8. Manage and oversee the transportation of Novo Group
