Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor the Workshop and Supervise all the Engineers/ Mechanic team to ensure the smooth works.
- To ensure the maintenance and servicing schedule of the vehicles.
- Must have vast knowledge about vehicle maintenance & ensuring log book, fuel consumption etc.
- Planning and controlling transports movement.
- Vast knowledge about the procurement of vehicle parts & it’s pricing.
- Experience in handling All Type of Vehicles.
- Implementation of Transport policy as company policy.
- Propose improvements in the existing transport system.
- Ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently.
- Strictly act upon the petrol/diesel filling mechanism approved by the management.
- Keep records/ history of drivers and accidents.
- Maintain duty roasters of drivers, cleaners and mechanics.
- Arrange for re-training and re-certification of drivers and registration and re- certifications of vehicles.
- Ensure feedback on performance of staff, drivers cleaners and mechanics after evaluation.
- Submit regular and comprehensive monthly report to the Management.
- The Distribution, Maintenance, repair and utilization of the entire vehicle fleet of the area.
