Responsibilities & Context

Client Consultation :

Provide detailed information about Hajj and Umrah packages to prospective clients.

Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable packages.Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.

Package Planning and Coordination :

Design and customize Hajj and Umrah travel packages, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local service providers in Saudi Arabia for seamless travel arrangements.

Ensure compliance with the regulations set by Saudi Arabian authorities and local government policies.

Visa Processing :

Assist clients with visa applications and required documentation.

Liaise with consulates or relevant authorities for visa approvals.

Customer Support :

Provide guidance to pilgrims regarding travel itineraries, rituals, and necessary preparations.

Address client concerns or issues before, during, and after the journey.

Marketing & Sales :

Promote Hajj and Umrah packages through digital platforms, print media, and in-person campaigns.

Meet sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients for repeat business.

Administrative Tasks :

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.

Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
