Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all utilities, including boilers, gas generators, air compressors, WTP, ETP, and electrical systems.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for washing plant machinery.
- Minimize equipment downtime and improve machine reliability.
- Monitor utility consumption and control maintenance costs.
- Ensure RSC compliance with safety, environmental, and buyer requirements.
- Lead maintenance and utility teams and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Preparing drawing design and budget for expansion project.
