Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Commerce

Responsibilities & Context

Inventory and Stock Control:

Oversee accurate inventory management of General store, Spare Parts, Raw materials, DCA yarns, Greige, and finished goods.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and regular stock audits to maintain stock integrity and support production needs.

Logistics & Distribution:

Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely distribution of raw materials and finished products.
Plan and execute the shipping of goods and materials to customers, warehouses, or other distribution points.

Team Leadership and Warehouse Operations:

Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring proper training, safety, and productivity.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve storage, retrieval, and order processing times.
Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with health and safety standards.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor and enforce quality control processes for incoming materials and outgoing products to ensure that all items meet required standards for production and distribution.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including material movements, inventory counts, and staffing levels.
Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and logistic issues to senior management.

Collaboration with departments and suppliers:

Work closely with production, procurement, and sales departments to align inventory levels with production schedules and customer orders.
Ensure proper communication with suppliers and transportation vendors to meet delivery schedules.
