Responsibilities & Context

• Planning, coordinating, and controlling the factory-side production process.
• Ensuring and establishing an accountable standardized quality process to assure standard quality of assuring buyers’ satisfaction.
• Ensuring efficiency and effective production.
• Preparing a production schedule in line with the shipment schedule ensuring standard quality.
• Working out the material and manpower requirements.
• Working in coordination with the production supervisor and liaising with different departments such as jute mills and top management.
• Observing that the quality is perfect in all the work of the finishing section.
• Ensuring that all goods are fit and ready for export as per the instructions of the buyer.
• Determining where the quality inspector will work.
• Preparing QC Basic checkpoints.
