Oversee the quality of woven fabrics, ensuring they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Continuously evaluate and improve weaving processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization without compromising quality.
Ensure that raw materials such as yarns, threads, and chemicals are available as required for production.
Track and report on production metrics, including output, material consumption, and machine efficiency.
Report on daily production results, machine performance, and quality control findings to upper management.
Manage and supervise the weaving team, including operators, technicians, and other staff.
