Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• MS Office Application.

Experience

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 35 years

• Knowledge on textile manufacturing process, especially yarn process.
• Must focus on fancy yarn sales.
• Achieve target sales for Viscose, Tencel, Linen, and Modal yarn.
• Sales of cotton-viscose, cotton-linen, and cotton-Tencel blended yarn, Pima Yarn·
• Slub yarn, Karded compact, and combed compact.

Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure product quality as per customers’ required standards.
• Resolve customer complaints within the shortest possible time without pending dissatisfaction.
• Meet the budgeted production target.
• Supervise response time to queries from the marketing department and customer so that there’s no shortcoming, neither from financial nor opportunity cost perspectives.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to obtain maximum output from the production unit.
• Create and maintain a good level of motivation to obtain the best performance.
• Supervise relevant inventory belonging to the Yarn Marketing Department in order to assure optimum utilization of the stock, which includes right-time grey yarn & raw material in-housing, utilizing non-moving & slow-moving stock, etc.
• Establish ownership and sense of responsibility for all company assets.
• Meet the customer’s delivery schedule and delivery plan.
• Attain the customer’s call carefully and take exemplary action in an emergency case.
• To assist the Head of the Department with overall activities and the outcome of the assigned account with absolute perfection.
• To plan Yarn production as per received order.
• To manage and use stock of yarn as per specific order
• Any other task assigned by the line manager.
