Requirements

Education

• MBA / M.Com (Finance & Banking/Accounting/Marketing/ Economics) or in any discipline from reputed University with excellent academic result with English proficiency and Financial Management literacy.

Experience

• At least 20 years

Additional Requirements

• At least 20 (twenty) years practical experiences in Banks and/or NBFIs along with 2-5 years’ experience as MD / CEO or DMD.
• Age not exceeding 62 (sixty two) years (age limit may relaxed upon special experiences)
• Any other experiences and eligibility will remain as per the DFIM Circular Letter no.03, dated March 25, 2024.

Responsibilities & Context

One of the leading Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) operating its business since 1996, established under Companies Act-1994 and within the ambit of Financial Institutions Act-1993. We are looking for an experienced Managing Director & CEO to oversee business operations and provide strategic leadership.

General Responsibilities:

• Managing Director & CEO will provide hard efforts for developing strategies & business plan along with implementing the plan towards functioning the company. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for overseeing the overall activities of the company.
