Responsibilities & Context
- Following and enforcing the company’s policies and procedures.
- Should have experience as Factory Head / Chairman / MD in any group of companies.

- Responsible for Organizational skills, assertiveness, interpersonal & communicating skills, multitasking skills.
- Responsible for Contacting with concern stakeholders/communications on behalf of Company through email, phone call and other social media.
- Communicate with concerned Govt. and non-Govt. organizations for any Company development and supply-chain purpose.
- Communicate with concerned Overseas company or person for any Company development and supply-chain purpose.
- Lead the working team of Factory to manage and inspire employees to achieve production targets.
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Drive performance management initiatives to enhance employee productivity and job satisfaction.
- Any other task given by the higher authority.
