- Ability to drive innovation and service integration across multiple enterprises.
- Knowledge of mental health and early intervention services is an advantage
Responsibilities & Context
InnerCircle (ICPL) is a pioneering social enterprise under SAJIDA Foundation, dedicated to providing early intervention programmes for children with special needs, including autism and developmental delays, with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy The MD will lead this innovative organisation with a mission-driven approach, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and a lasting social impact.

Major Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goals in alignment with
- SAJIDA Foundation’s vision.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the enterprises, optimising processes, resource utilisation, and service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Business Integration & Growth: Drive cross-enterprise synergies, promote service integration where appropriate, and foster innovation across enterprises. Lead initiatives to expand services, markets, and partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams across the three enterprises, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, ensuring sustainability and cost-efficiency, while exploring opportunities for revenue growth and expansion.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain Quality Standards and ensure that all services meet the required quality standards,
- continuously improving care delivery and patient outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, partners, clients, and key stakeholders to enhance each enterprise’s visibility, reputation, and impact.
- Scaling Initiatives: Identify and execute plans to scale the enterprises, expanding their reach and impact, while maintaining the core values and objectives.
