Additional Requirements

Developing and redefining the recruitment process to fill all vacancies as per demand.
Analyze and monitor recruitment progress for all service lines and reporting on recruitment activities with recommendations for improvement
Conduct screening of CVs submitted to the firm and routing of those prospects to the appropriate service line recruitment officer.
Conducting level 1 interviews (HR skills) and other necessary assessments to ensure selection of the right candidates with the right attitude, quality and suit for the firm’s mission, vision and culture and recommending those who need to have level 1/2 (technical) interviews.
Proposing recommendations on how to develop the firm’s recruitment software to provide accurate, up-to-date and compelling information to potential applicants.
Create and maintain a data bank of in-house talent management system and thus supply potential candidates to suitable vacancies.
Create compensation and benefits intelligence databases, and conduct surveys to study market rates within our industry and offer a recommendation on how to improve pay scales in line with the market.
Maintaining positive rapport/relationship with agents/clients during recruitment and ensuring their quick action/response every time.
Conduct manpower planning for the office and keep a record.
