Responsibilities & Context

• Close interaction with Production team, Product Test Engineering team, Quality team and Communicate technical product status to management
• supporting yield improvement, downtime reduction and one time pass rate improvement for production ramp.
• Program various equipment (MPM paste printer, Fuji pick and place, BTU-re-flow oven, PARMI-AOI&SPI) for new boards.
• Conduct exploratory studies and analysis to identify PCB assembly processes to meet product requirements.
• Master the relevant knowledge of smart phone manufacturing and deal with abnormalities in the production line
• Responsible for the introduction of new projects and full life cycle management
• Cooperate with multiple departments to complete special improvement projects8.
• Develop cause and effect analysis, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and control plans.
• Troubleshoot and identify corrective measures to critical equipment (mechanical, electrical, thermal, optical etc.) related problems
• Any other task given by authority
