Responsibilities & Context

Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd., a subsidiary of Bashundhara Group, is looking for some competent candidates for the Position of “Marine Supervisor- Planning & Scheduling” at Hazaribagh, South Keraniganj, Dhaka.

The talent we are looking for will be the following experience:

Supervise raw material receiving and product loading operations at the refinery’s jetty.
Coordinate vessel berthing, mooring, loading, and unloading activities safely and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with marine safety regulations, refinery procedures, and environmental standards.
Communicate with vessel masters, loading masters, and surveyors to ensure smooth cargo transfers.
Monitor marine operations to minimize delays, demurrage, and ensure accurate cargo documentation.
Inspect marine equipment and ensure readiness of hoses, pipelines, and loading arms.
Lead emergency response actions for any marine incidents like oil spills or equipment failure.
Maintain accurate records of ship movements, cargo operations, and incident reports.
Coordinate with port authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
Train and guide jetty operators and marine staff in safe and efficient work practices.
