Education

NGO, Development Agency
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 40 years
- Program and research experience on CCA/DRR projects.
- At least 2/3 years of experience working with development organizations.
- Proven experience in value chain and market research.
- Strong interpersonal communication and community mobilization skills.
- Experiences in working with the UN Organizations/ Governments/ International or National NGOs.
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability.
- Good in communication and writing both in Bangla and English.
- Responsive and good personnel skill.
- Pro-active and gender sensitive.
- Good in operating MS Office, internet, etc.
Responsibilities & Context
- Will conduct market research (qualitative and quantitative) to determine market requirements for existing and future products; and reach the product to the market from the communities/groups.
- Analysis of customer research and current market conditions.
