Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license
Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.

Introduce climate smart agricultural technologies and nutrition sensitive agriculture at farmers level under the Aggregation Center (AC)
Agricultural technical support, on-farm technology extension. Integration with resilient agricultural practices at the community level under the AC.
Implementation support on climate smart agriculture production through establishing demo plots, nursery and lead farmer at the AC level
Develop guideline on Climate Smart Agricultural practices, different tools and formats on climate smart agriculture production
Develop Detailed Operational Plan to execute climate smart agriculture
Analyze IGAs, value chain and others business oriented activities to Climate Smart Agricultural demonstration and others.
Facilitate and ensure to develop AC wise agricultural demonstration plot and connect with union nursery plots, lead farmers and their production
Assist to ACMC members to establish adaptive different climate smart agricultural model practices
Necessary data collection and reporting.
