Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for achieving aggressive monthly targets.
- Contract prospective clients, try to convince to buy the Health Card.
- Collect reviews from customers about Health Card and services.
- Answer customer queries about Health Card and services related to the company.
- Contact customers over the phone and confirm orders.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly.
- Follow up on the customer’s complaint.
