Job Context:

“HR Bangladesh Ltd,” an Indigenous Human Resource Consulting firm and HR Service Provider, is urgently hiring “Marketing & Business Development Manager” for a Multinational Construction Company. Candidate must have 10-15 years of experience in a renowned company.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the company’s presence and brand awareness. This includes creating annual and monthly marketing plans.
Discover and develop opportunities for publicity through sponsorship and advertising. Identify new business opportunities.
Identify and establish relationships with top-tier construction companies in the Geo-technical market. Maintain and expand the network in key market areas, continuously seeking new client cooperation while maintaining existing customer relationships.
Collect and analyze project information, including tracking planned projects and gathering competitor information. Prepare project proposals and feasibility analysis reports.
Organize and facilitate business meetings and ensure continuous updates of tracking reports for key projects and customers.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in Marketing & Business Development, government affairs, public relations, or tender management within the construction sector.
Proven track record of successful tender submissions and contract negotiations.
