• Master’s degree in Film and Media Studies, Digital Media & Communication, Broadcast Journalism, Multimedia & Graphic Design from any recognized University or Master Degree with 7 years practical work experience in the related field.

Responsibilities & Context

BEDS is looking for a responsible and dedicated Marketing & Promotion Officer to join its team on a full-time basis. The role involves producing video documentaries, handling video shooting and editing, maintaining the organization’s website, designing graphics, and managing social media promotional activities.

Responsibilities:

Video Production & Editing:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video documentaries showcasing BEDS’ activities, impact, and community stories.
• Capture and produce engaging visual content for promotional and awareness campaigns.
• Ensure professional post-production editing, including sound, effects, and graphics.

Photography & Graphic Design:

• Take high-resolution photographs for reports, publications, and promotional materials.
• Design brochures, banners, posters, infographics, and other marketing materials.

Website Maintenance & Content Management:

• Update and maintain BEDS’ official website with fresh content, images, and videos.
• Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and regularly updated.

Social Media Management & Promotion:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote BEDS’ projects and initiatives.
• Manage BEDS’ social media accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and branding.
• Create and schedule compelling social media content (graphics, videos, and stories).

Branding & Communication:

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
• Collaborate with program teams to create communication materials that highlight project achievements.

Event Coverage & Media Outreach:

• Capture live coverage of events, workshops, and community programs.
• Support press releases and media coordination for better outreach and visibility.
