Fresh AND Finest is an IT Firm. We provide technical support for specialized in premium food and wellness products, serving both retail and wholesale customers across the globe. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

**Assist in communicating with wholesale clients and prospects via email and phone

**Support the marketing team in preparing and sending brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials

**Maintain and update the wholesale customer database

**Help coordinate and follow up on bulk order inquiries

**Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis

**Assist in preparing reports on sales activities and client engagement

**Collaborate with the design team for custom requests from wholesale buyers

Requirements:

**Basic understanding of marketing and customer service

**Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

**Comfortable using email tools like Gmail and Mailchimp

**Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google WorkspaceSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills

**Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred but Not Required:

**Previous experience in marketing or sales support

**Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms

**Familiarity with working in a B2B (business-to-business) environment
