Additional Requirements

Identify and resolve issues arising in day-to-day operations, working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand business objectives and gather requirements for new initiatives or system enhancements.
Analyze and document current business policies, workflows, and processes for better alignment and efficiency.
Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and actionable intelligence that support strategic decision-making.
Facilitate change management by evaluating the impact of proposed changes on existing business processes.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders as assigned by the CMO.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of all tasks delegated by the CMO and provide regular updates to senior management.
