Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required
• Candidates with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), particularly those majoring in Marketing, will be given preferential consideration.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Market Research Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 21 to 35 years

• Proficiency with email platforms and proper email etiquette.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Strong web research skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients and opportunities in industries like e-commerce, photography, fashion, and design.
• Execute lead generation through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and maintaining a database of prospects.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads with targeted research and outreach.
• Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, track performance, and report results.
• Help prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to suggest improvements to marketing strategies.
