Responsibilities & Context
- Handle client inquiries through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and direct office visits
- Provide proper counseling regarding visa processing, air tickets, holiday packages, hotel booking, and travel-related services
- Communicate with clients professionally and understand their travel requirements
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Visit corporate offices and generate new business opportunities
- Promote company services through online and offline marketing activities
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding visa processing and tour arrangements
- Maintain client database and daily sales reports
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and business targets
- Manage social media client responses and basic customer support
- Attend meetings, travel fairs, promotional events, and corporate visits when required
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain company reputation
