Requirements

Education

MBA/ BBA preferably with Marketing major.

Experience

• At least 2 years

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 02 years working experience in marketing/ brand management preferably with advanced training in Graphic Design.
• Ideally a candidate should be self motivated, creative and hard working with team spirit.
• He/she should be a non-smoker and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bengali and English are required.
• Candidate should preferably have a valid driving license.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and plan marketing strategies of the assigned brands.
• Plan and implement promotional activities, advertisements, events, point-of-sales marketing, etc.
• Conceptualize and initiate digital and social media campaigns through working with various digital agencies.
• Responsible for content creation including design and copy writing for digital ads and related marketing collateral.
