The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to boost the company’s presence and drive sales in the competitive property market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers and sellers.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and market trends in the real estate sector.
• Create and manage promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, and online listings.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions to promote the company’s services.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies, media, and vendors to enhance brand visibility.
